Thick, high-density 1.9 foam core with a polyester wrap, topped with contoured memory foam. No-sag tempered steel springs with clips covered in Teflon, for quiet functionality.
Constructed of laminated kiln dried engineered plywood, Baltic birch with and quality hardwoods, ensuring exceptional strength. Mortise and tenon assembly glued, stapled, and reinforced with corner blocks for maximum stability.
Commercial grade mechanisms. Higher gauge steel than most residential mechanisms. Reclining mechanism combines premium deep seating with adjustable reclining positions for ultimate comfort. Full-motion mechanism features ultra-smooth synchronized operation, capable of easily supporting up to 350 lbs (158 kg).
