**Must Be Present to Win - Open to All Dealers
This Salamander CEDIA 25,000 Giveaway (also known as The 25K Giveaway) will be held live at CEDIA 2018 in San Diego in the Salamander Designs Booth #1219. All verified dealers present at CEDIA are welcome to participate by dropping their card during show hours in the box provided in the Salamander Booth. One card per person may be dropped for eligibility. The drawing is not open to other manufacturers, manufacturers reps, members of the press, CEDIA staff, salamander staff/family and any other party other than a dealer or member of a dealership staff.
There is no purchase necessary and no cost to enter. An individual at a dealer company may enter one time only. By the act of participating, participant agrees to be bound by the rules herein, and furthermore, that the decision of Salamander is final resolution in any, and all, disputes that may arise from this drawing without exemption. Salamander reserves the right to verify the dealer/dealership within three (3) weeks after CEDIA, and award the prizes within three (3) months after the show. All prizes must be redeemed by dealers by or before Jan 1, 2019.
Live drawings will be held in the booth at or about 4pm on Thursday, September 6 and Friday, September 7, 2018. Designated Salamander staff will draw business cards from the designated box to award prizes. All winners must be present at the time in order to win. In the event Salamander deems the drawing card to be that of other than a dealer or dealer is not present at the time of the drawing, Salamander reserves the right to draw another card promptly.
All prizes will be given in the form of Salamander product credits toward any Salamander furniture, excluding all seating products. Dealers may claim their product selections for credit by or before Jan 1, 2019. Any products not claimed by this time will be fully forfeited. A dealership individual staff member may drop their own card one time over the two-day drawing and may win one giveaway prize. A dealer may not win more than one time over the two days.
Winners will be drawn and announced at the Salamander CEDIA booth live at or about 4pm each of the two days. All winners must be present to win. Thirteen total prize winners will be awarded the following amounts in Salamander product credits: 10 winners will each win $1,500, 2 winners will each win $2,500, and one grand prize winner will win $5,000. Approximately half the total winners will be drawn each day.
Salamander reserves the right to fully validate all winners are dealers after CEDIA 2018 (within 3 weeks) before product credits may be redeemed by winners. Credits may not be used to pay off current balances, combined with other promotions/prizes, and credits may not be redeemed in cash. Open to U.S. citizens who are verified dealers. Winners may be included in all Salamander marketing such as press releases, emails, social media, website and ongoing efforts during or after CEDIA 2018. By entering The 25K Giveaway, participants agree to allow their names/photographs to be used by Salamander marketing and/or media without restrictions. By entering this drawing you're agreeing to receive Salamander emails, communications & exclusive deals.
