Coverage is provided for all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

All Stains
Rips, cuts, punctures or burns from a specific incident
Breakage or breakdown of frames, springs, motors, and sleeper, reclining, inclining, heating and vibrating mechanisms**

Service Request Process:
If a covered stain or damage occurs, simply call Guardian at 800-527-8485 within 5 or 30 days of accidental staining or damage occurrence. Be prepared to describe the incident, including when and how it occurred, the size of the stain or damage and the location. A photo may be requested to better assist with your service. Guardian may schedule a service technician to come to your home to provide one of the following services, all at no cost to you!

Professional cleaning for covered accidental stains
Professional repair for covered accidental damages
Full item replacement if unable to clean or repair on the initial service technician visit

* Salamander Designs Custom Seating must have been purchased on or after March 1, 2023. The coverage starts as soon as your seating is delivered. Protection plans are provided by CNA Warranty Services, Inc. or one of its affiliates, to ensure that every protection plan sold by Guardian will be compliant, secure and backed for the term of the plan.
